Massage Smarter Not Harder: Expand Your Treatment Skills

This course will help you expand your massage "tool-kit" for those times when your usual techniques have failed you. Learn how to achieve optimal results with your clients without stressing your body. You will be shown and practise a variety of techniques, as well as work on your palpation skills. There will be a focus on your body posture to help prevent injuries, ensuring a long career.

What is different about this course:

- Class participants are not used as the demonstration bodies, so you will see ALL techniques as demonstrated
- You will have ample time to practise on multiple bodies to try the new techniques on various tissues as you would for your clients
- Group size is limited to 15 to allow for personal attention for everyone

Cost: $250 (plus HST and lunch will be provided)
Time:  Day 1: 9:30am - 5:00pm
         Day 2: 9:30am - 3:00pm (2 consecutive Sundays)
