Biography
Andrea Collins

After graduating from University of Toronto with a Honours Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Anthropology and Biology I took an introduction course to massage and was hooked. I graduated from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 1999. After graduation I worked in a variety  of settings.

In 2005, I felt ready to open my own clinic and Halton Holistic Hands began in Burlington. I had a variety of therapists work in the clinic in the 5 years that we were open. The clinic was very successful for my practise. I built my clientelle to the point that I could not handle more clients so I moved my practise to my home in 2010 where I continue to practise today.

Over the years I continued to learn and expand how I can help myself and my clients. The courses I have attended are:
· Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy Facials

· Myofascial Release (Jennings Full Body Seminar)
· Manual Lymph Drainage (Cookstown Centre for Wellness)
· Hot Stone Massage
· Breast Massage (Debra Curties)
· Visceral Manipulation 1 (Barral Institute)
·
Childbirth Educator (Lamaze Trained)

I feel I am now ready to give back to RMT’s and share the experience and knowledge that I have gained in the last 12 years. I am offering workshops in both business development and clinical skills as well as private consultations to meet your specific needs.
